VizFaDa

VizFaDa, for visualisation of FAANG data, aims at adding data visualisations to the FAANG data portal. It was funded by the Agence Nationale de la Recherche in 2019 on the Flash - Open Science call, and will start in January 2020 for two years.

The proposal of the project is available to here : vizfada_proposal.pdf. It is inspired by two previous web application exploring human and model organisms data: heat*seq for correlation heatmaps between experiments, and PEREpigenomics for exploring associations between epigenetic marks and transcription.

We developped an R package, {epistack}, to ease the generations of the epigenomic visualisations. The package is available on github.
